Ads Policy Disclaimer
Transparency in Paid Social Media Campaigns
This disclaimer applies to all Paid Social Media Advertising services managed by ShineSocial on behalf of our detailing studio clients. We strive for maximum campaign performance and transparency at all times, but certain outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.
ShineSocial cannot guarantee specific cost-per-acquisition (CPA) rates, follower counts, click-through rates (CTR), or return on ad spend (ROAS). These metrics are heavily influenced by platform algorithm updates, competitor activity, market saturation in your prefecture, and the quality of the client's landing page or offer. We are not liable for changes in platform terms, temporary account suspensions, or disapprovals resulting from platform-initiated policy changes.
The client acknowledges that the ad spend budget is separate from ShineSocial's management fee. The full budget must be provided and maintained by the client in their own advertising accounts (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center). We operate exclusively on a management fee structure and do not receive commissions directly from the platforms based on ad spend.
All visual content provided by the client, including copyrighted music, logos, or brand imagery, is assumed to be fully licensed and legallyble for advertising purposes. The client bears full responsibility for any intellectual property claims arising from the assets they supply. Our strategy focuses on ethical, "white-hat" advertising methods that comply with the guidelines set by major social media platforms and localese advertising laws.
We commit to providing transparent, weekly reporting that details ad performance, spending, and key metric changes. If a client observes any policy violations or receives specific warnings from an ad platform, they must notify ShineSocial immediately for rectification. This partnership requires timely collaboration from the client to provide necessary assets and approval for ad creatives. By engaging us for paid social services, the client acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with third-party platform instability and market variability.
