Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by ShineSocial Solutions ("ShineSocial"). By signing a contract or utilizing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Our core services involve developing and executing Social Media Marketing and Paid Social campaigns specifically for the automotive detailing sector in.

The client grants ShineSocial non-exclusive rights to access and manage their social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and related advertising accounts solely for the purpose of executing the agreed-upon marketing strategy. All content generated by ShineSocial, including videos, photos, and ad copy, remains the intellectual property of ShineSocial until the client successfully completes all contractual payments. Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the termination of service and the loss of contentge rights.

The client is responsible for ensuring all visual assets provided to ShineSocial, such as vehicle images or studio footage, are original and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. ShineSocial commits to adhering to the terms and policies of all utilized social media platforms and Google Ads to maintain account safety. We cannot, however, guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or booking numbers due to the volatile nature of platform algorithms and market conditions.

Service packages are billed monthly in advance, and a minimum commitment period, typically three to six months, applies to all plans. Termination of service before the agreed minimum period may incur a penalty equivalent to two months' service fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without prior notice if the client breaches any part of this agreement or engages in unethical business practices.

All disputes arising under these terms will be governed by the laws of. Clients agree to attempt mediation before resorting to formal legal action. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any amendments we make to these terms. We encourage clients to review this document regularly.
